If there's something about your cut that just isn't right, please give us a call within 1 week of your original appointment and we'll be happy to remedy it free of charge. This is usually a quick fix with your original stylist, and does not include something other than what was discussed in your consultation.
We will gladly exchange grooming products that have been opened but barely used. We do not offer cash/cc refunds on products. Proof of purchase may be required.
Repeatedly not showing up for an appointment, or cancelling at the last minute may result in mandatory pre-payment to book any future appointments.
All children must be supervised and are expected to behave- no running or yelling.
