If there's something about your cut that just isn't right, please give us a call within 1 week of your original appointment and we'll be happy to remedy it free of charge. This is usually a quick fix with your original stylist, and does not include something other than what was discussed in your consultation.

Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time may result in an abbreviated service or rescheduling

(appointments for shorter services like buzzcuts & beard trims will likely need rescheduling)

Please call us if you are going to be late.

We will gladly exchange grooming products that have been opened but barely used. We do not offer cash/cc refunds on products. Proof of purchase may be required.

If you have two or more "no call/no shows" in your booking history, you will be contacted and asked to prepay for any future appointments. If you repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be asked to prepay.

All children must be supervised and are expected to behave- no running or yelling. You cannot leave a child under the age of 14 at the shop without a parent or guardian's supervision for their service.
