We are a mask-friendly business. If you would like your stylist or barber to wear a mask, they will be happy to do so. You can make a note on your appointment, or simply ask when you arrive. You are welcome to continue to mask when you visit Rock's. If you feel you need more safety measures, please call or email and we can get you on the books first thing in the morning, on a day where there are minimal people in the shop and it allows for as much distancing as possible.
We are happy to do as much as we can to help make you feel comfortable during your appointment.
> If you are experiencing any Covid or flu symptoms, or have tested positive:
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any Covid or flu symptoms. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 (or have been exposed and exhibited any symptoms) in the last 7 days, please reschedule your appointment when: you have been symptom free for at least 48 hours and have a negative PCR test, or for 10 days post-symptom onset and are symptom free for a minimum of 48 hours.
