PLEASE CAREFULLY READ OUR GUIDELINES & POLICIES FOR DOING BUSINESS DURING COVID-19

> Beginning July 1st, our Durham location will not require masks for fully vaccinated individuals. If you would like your stylist to wear a mask, please make a note in your appointment. If you still feel uneasy, please email or call and we will do our best to accommodate you in a way that feels safe.

Unvaccinated? Please see our mask guidelines below.

> You must wear a mask to enter the shop! They must be worn (properly: covering both nose & mouth) during the duration of your visit. We are wearing them too. We know the CDC has updated their guidelines, but for now, masks are still a requirement in our shops.

> If you are getting a service, you must wear a mask with EAR LOOPS.

> We are currently suspending nose waxing

> If you have spent time around someone who is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or has tested positive for it in the last 30 days, please cancel your appointment. If you or someone you live with have experienced any flu like symptoms in the past 14 days, please cancel your appointment.

> There will be no self serve beverages so please ask your stylist if you would like water.

> Beer must be consumed outside. You should not remove your mask to consume your beverage until you are outside. Please dispose of your bottle or can before coming back into the shop.

> We will have hand sanitizer at our entrance so each person entering the shop can sanitize their hands upon arrival, and at checkout.

> You may be required to have your temperature taken before entering the shop.

> We ask that you bring minimal items into the shop. Ideally, you will be able to keep your possessions on your person during your appointment (aside from hanging up a jacket).

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread by person-to-person contact; and, as a result, federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. Rock's Bar & Hair Shop and Rock's Hair Shop and its staff are closely monitoring this situation and have put in place reasonable preventative measures aimed to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, given the nature of the virus, there is an inherent risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 by virtue of receiving services at Rock's Bar & Hair Shop and Rock's Hair Shop.  By booking an appointment, patrons acknowledge and assume these risks.
